  • Custom-made and personalized products may take additional time for processing.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days.

  • Express delivery: 2-4 business days (if applicable and available for your location).

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, unforeseen delays, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹999.

  • A shipping fee of ₹50-₹100 applies to orders below ₹999, depending on the location.

  • Express shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Customers can track their order status through the provided tracking details.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support within 48 hours.

  • If a package is lost in transit due to our logistics partner, we will issue a full refund or reship the order at no additional cost.
